Every click test measures the left button, because that is the button people click. The right button gets a fraction of the use and, on most hands, a weaker finger. If you play anything where right click is an action (blocking in Minecraft, aiming down sights, placing blocks) the number you want is this one.
Notes
- The browser's context menu is suppressed on the pad, so you can hammer away. Outside the pad right click works as usual.
- On a trackpad, two-finger tap is a right click on most systems and counts here. It's slower than a mouse button.
- On a phone there is no right button. A long press won't count either; use the tap counter instead.
- Expect 1 to 2 CPS less than your left-hand score. Ring finger versus index finger; it's anatomy, not the mouse.
